BEST PHD STUDENT ORAL PRESENTATION AWARD

ACEX is committed to supporting emerging researchers and encouraging excellence in scientific communication. To recognize outstanding contributions from the next generation of scientists and engineers, the conference will present the Best PhD Student Oral Presentation Award.

The award is open exclusively to PhD students who deliver an oral presentation at the conference. Eligible presentations will be evaluated by a Scientific Committee composed of experienced researchers from the ACEX community.

No separate registration or application is required. All eligible PhD student oral presentations will be automatically considered for the award.

The evaluation will consider the following criteria:

• Scientific quality and originality of the research
• Clarity, structure, and organization of the presentation
• Effective communication of complex scientific ideas
• Ability to engage and connect with the audience

The winner will be announced and the award presented during the Closing Remarks on the last day of the conference.

The recipient of the ‘Best PhD Student Oral Presentation Award’ will receive:

• A certificate
• One free registration to the next ACEX Conference (2028)
